About Pete Prown.

Pennsylvania artist Pete Prown has worked in the music business and gardening sphere as a writer, magazine editor, book author, and photographer. For the past 20 years, he’s also honed his skills as a painter specializing in rural subjects about the American landscape, wildlife, and architecture.

Artist's Statement.

"Much of my work is influenced by my past, and present work in art, music, horticulture, and photography. They influence each other, yet also jostle for dominance. I'm often surprised which one dominates the finished painting."
